This Bou-Matic stanchion pulsator with or without the fresh air lid can run on any 24V DC Controller. Here at Bob White Systems we recommend the Kleen-Flo Pulsation Controller. These pulsators have a black HI-FLO coil inside that is designed to extend the life of the coil. When paired with a fresh air lid the life can be extended even more.
The claw connects at a 9/32 port. Two ports are available for the twin lines from a cow claw. Two goat claws can run off of each pulsator.
Be sure to pick up a few port plugs! If a pulsator is running only one goat/sheep claw at a time, you will need it!
A Bou-Matic stallcock is needed on the vacuum line to complete the system.

This heavy-duty portable vacuum pump is fully assembled and easy to use. A great fit for your dairy or sugaring needs. All you need to do is plug it in! This pump has the capability to milk up to two buckets at a time for cows, goats, or sheep.
Additional features:
This Deluxe pump unit ships fully assembled by truck freight. Since there is no assembly required, it should be ready to plug into 110 volts upon arrival, and before each use. The oil level gauge is the small piece of clear hose in a U-shape on the side of the pump. Oil level should be close to the top of oil tank. To add oil, simply pop out the black plastic plug on top of oilisture trap and vacuum storage tank. Milk or water that gets drawn into the pump should drain out the duckbill drain in the bottom of the tank. If too much water or milk enters the tank, the pump will need to be flushed. See the maintenance section for instructions on flushing the vacuum pump.
How to control vacuum level:
The ideal vacuum level for milking cows is between 14 and 15 inches of vacuum. Goats are 12 inches of vacuum. To adjust level, loosen the nut on top of the regulator and turn the main body to adjust. Turn the body clockwise to increase and counter-clockwise to decrease vacuum level. Tighten the nut when the desired vacuum level is reached.
Oil Instructions:
Refill oil tank with a good grade of high detergent motor oil or vacuum pump oil. Oil level should be 1/2 or 3/4 in sight tube. Add when oil level drops to 1/4 in sight tube.

Milk Bar Feeders are the easy way to give milk to goats/lambs that don’t require hand-feeding. The exclusive nipple design slows down gulping which prevents choking and also promotes salivation, which is essential for proper digestion and stomach development.
The durable pink poly container can be hooked directly onto a wire or one-by-four wood rail and the gravity-flow nipples require no valves or tubes.
This product holds about 4 gallons and has 7 nipples. Replacement nipples are also available in packs of 5 via the drop-down menu.
