Aroma B

Aroma B is a multi-species mesophilic starter culture used for fresh and soft cheeses, sour cream, and cultured butter. It is commonly used in producing goat-milk cheeses, Havarti, Baby Swiss, Gouda, Edam, Blue, etc., and promotes the production of diacetyl/CO2 flavor (similar to Flora Danica).

Aroma B, (or officially "Mesophile Aromatic Type B") contains the four mesophilic speciesLactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. diacetylactis, and Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris so it produces the tang and body, butter notes and gas for a very balanced product.

The 10g sachet will set 100 liters / 26 gallons of milk.
