Fromage blanc is the cow milk version of chevre (fresh goat cheese). Fromage blanc is a mild and smooth fresh cheese, delicious spread atop a bagel with a drizzle of honey, or salt for a more savory spreadable cheese.

Developed by the folks at New England Cheesemaking Supply, these packets contain both a mesophilic culture and a powdered vegetarian rennet in appropriate proportions for making a simple fresh cheese.

Includes 5 separate sachets. Each sachet will set approximately 1 gallon of milk and yield about 2 pounds of creamy, fresh cheese.
