This powdered kefir culture makes a deliciously sweet yet tangy cultured milk product. This culture can be used with cow, goat, soy milk, juice, or coconut water. These two packets create a kefir that may be recultured by using a small amount from the current batch to make a new batch. (The number of times the kefir can be recultured depends upon a number of factors, including the level of cleanliness during the culturing process.)
