Stovetop Cheese Vats

These heavy-duty stock pots are perfect for home-scale cheesemaking. Each is constructed of durable 21 gauge stainless steel with a heavy-duty, 3- ply bottom consisting of two layers of stainless steel surrounding a 1/4" thick aluminum core. 

This results in extra strength and allows for superior heat distribution. These pots are EW induction- ready and come with a flat, fitted lid and reinforced handles.

Available in three sizes:

38 quart: 14" diameter; 14.5" depth

18 quart: 11" diameter; 11" depth

11 quart: 9.5" diameter; 9.5" depth
