Stovetop Cheese Vats

These heavy-duty stock pots are  perfect for home-scale cheesemaking. Each is constructed of 18/8 stainless steel with a heavy-duty, 3- ply bottom consisting of two layers of stainless steel surrounding a 5 mm-thick aluminum core. This results in extra strength and allows for superior heat distribution. These pots are EW induction- ready and come with a fitted lid.

Available in three sizes:

40 quart: 16 5/8" diameter; 12" depth; 1 mm thickness.

20 quart: Diameter: 12" diameter; 10 3/8" depth; 1 mm thickness

16 quart: 11" diameter; 10 1/8" depth; .8 mm thickness.
