Stovetop Cheese Vats

These heavy-duty stock pots are perfect for home-scale cheesemaking. Each is constructed of 18/8 stainless steel with a heavy-duty, 3- ply bottom consisting of two layers of stainless steel surrounding a 5 mm-thick aluminum core.The stainless steel used in the construction of these pots is in the 200 series and is 20 gauge.

This results in extra strength and allows for superior heat distribution. These pots are EW induction- ready and come with a fitted lid.

Available in three sizes:

40 quart: 16 5/8" diameter; 12" depth; 1 mm thickness.

20 quart: Diameter: 12" diameter; 10 3/8" depth; 1 mm thickness

16 quart: 11" diameter; 10 1/8" depth; .8 mm thickness.
