This yogurt culture was developed by the folks at New England Cheesemaking Supply. Called "Y5" or "sweet" yogurt, this blend of bacteria will result in a thicker, sweeter and mild yogurt.
Includes 5 separate sachets of yogurt culture. Each sachet will set 1-2 quarts of milk.
Culture Contains: Lactose, Dry milk powder, (ST) Streptococcus thermophilus, (LB) Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, (LA) Lactobacillus acidophilus, (LBL) Lactobacillus lactis, Bifidobacterium lactis, autolyzed yeast.
